Job Description/Overview:
HUGO BOSS is seeking a Store Manager to lead their team at Selfridges Manchester (Trafford). As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving your team to achieve performance targets and KPIs, coaching and developing your team, recruiting and succession planning, and maintaining a customer-centric mindset to build a loyal customer base. You will work with a team that thrives on passion, ambition, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrated commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in networking and relationship building.
