Job Description/Overview:
Radiant Medical Staffing seeks compassionate Caregivers to provide personalized, resident-centered care. This role involves assisting with daily activities and offering companionship to improve the quality of life for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow care plans and complete appropriate documentation.
Assist residents with daily living tasks such as dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment.
Encourage resident participation in planned activities.
Provide emotional support and companionship.
Serve meals and assist in emergencies.
Maintain patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Ability to deliver high-quality care and emotional support.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to documentation standards.
Experience:
Experience in caregiving preferred but not specified.
Skills:
Compassionate and attentive.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary:
$21.00 – $24.00 per hour (median $22.50 per hour).
