Job Description/Overview:
HUGO BOSS is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join their team at the Buchanan location in Glasgow. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will act as an inspirational role model and support the Store Manager in managing all store areas and team members, driving KPI achievements, and delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, staff planning, performance measurement, and maintaining a customer-centric mindset to build a loyal customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for all store areas and team members in the absence of the Store Manager.
Support the Store Manager in the recruitment process, staff planning, and performance measurement.
Drive the team to achieve the location’s performance targets and KPIs.
Implement and maintain a customer-centric mindset to build a loyal customer base.
Ensure procedures are followed, and policies are executed.
Share insights about competitors and local markets with the Area Manager and retail team.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment.
Passion for leading, motivating, and training team members.
Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in networking and building relationships.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to business needs.
