Job Description/Overview:
Philip Morris International (PMI) is undergoing a transformative business shift, moving beyond cigarettes and developing innovative, smoke-free alternatives. As part of this transformation, PMI is seeking a Sales Representative to help drive the commercialization of these new products. In this role, you will execute commercial plans, build strong client relationships, monitor budgets, and ensure PMI’s products are available and promoted across your region.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement commercial plans in line with PMI’s vision and contribute your own initiatives.
Monitor and manage your budget to achieve targets.
Ensure PMI products are widely available and promoted in your region.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by visiting them and offering tailored advice.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (0-3 years of professional experience).
Driver’s license.
Fluency in French (written and spoken), with a solid understanding of English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
Ability to take initiative and responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, particularly in sales.
A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for success.
Experience:
0-3 years of professional experience (ideal for recent graduates).
Experience in sales or customer relationship management is beneficial but not essential.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think analytically and take initiative.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive results.
