Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, family members, vendors, and employees.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in senior living or healthcare environments is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills with residents, families, and the general public.
A compassionate attitude and genuine desire to work with the elderly.
Experience:
Not required, but prior experience in similar roles is a plus.
Skills:
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and compassionately with elderly residents.
