Job Description/Overview:
Momentum Consulting is seeking an energetic and driven Outbound Sales Consultant to join an award-winning team specializing in Outbound Sales. This is a permanent position based in Sydney CBD with an attractive salary package and uncapped commission potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage potential clients through impactful outbound calls.
Identify customer needs and showcase the company’s value.
Achieve and exceed weekly KPIs and sales targets.
Utilize CRM systems and data management tools effectively.
Stay sharp with ongoing training in sales techniques and communication skills.
Qualifications:
A proven track record in sales is highly desirable.
Confidence in communication and ability to build rapport.
Strong ambition to succeed and push yourself within a sales environment.
Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Motivated by financial incentives and excited about unlocking earning potential.
Experience:
Experience in sales, preferably outbound, with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

AU$65,000 base + 11.5% Super + uncapped commissions (OTE $100k).
