Job Description/Overview:
Momentum Consulting is recruiting an Administration Assistant for a leading company in the battery industry located in Laverton. This temporary role offers full-time hours and an attractive hourly rate of AU$37.73, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and data entry.
Use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Managing email correspondence with clients and internal teams.
Sending invoices and following up on payments.
Answering phones and providing excellent client communication.
Learning and using internal invoicing systems that also provide inventory information.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative or office-based roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to learn and problem-solve independently.
Must successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol test.
Experience:
Experience in an administrative role or office environment.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

Additional Information:
