Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Description/Overview:

Momentum Consulting is recruiting a Customer Service Officer for their client based in Geebung. This role offers a Monday to Friday work schedule with no weekends and provides a competitive salary of AU$75,000 – AU$80,000 per annum + Super. The position also offers opportunities for career progression.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Process orders, forms, applications, and product inquiries.

 

Use Dynamics 365 (D365) for data entry and customer records.

 

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

 

Process and follow up on Corrective Action Reports with relevant departments.

 

Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

 

Coordinate with departments on customer/product-related issues.

 

Liaise with the purchasing team regarding customer back orders.

 

Address customer requests and ensure timely resolutions.

 

Qualifications:

 

Customer Service experience in a B2B environment.

 

Experience in Supply Chain, sales, distribution, and logistics in a warehouse environment.

 

Understanding of the end-to-end sales process.

 

Experience in processing orders and inquiries via inbound calls, emails, and in-person customer interactions.

 

Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft D365, Aspect, or similar).

 

Experience in handling a large number of inbound calls and emails.

 

Experience:

Experience in customer service, especially in a B2B environment with ERP system knowledge and supply chain understanding.

 

Skills:

 

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

 

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

 

Proficiency in Microsoft D365 or similar ERP systems.

 

Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails.
