Wheeler Properties, Inc., a small commercial property management firm with a family-oriented atmosphere, is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant. The role involves supporting the administrative team by managing office tasks, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining effective communication. This part-time position offers flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Mail statements and checks as needed.
Enter data into property management software.
Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of information.
Use Microsoft Excel and Word for administrative tasks, including creating spreadsheets and documents.
Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented and comfortable using computers.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Experience:
Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
