Job Description:
We are seeking a Nurse to provide high-quality care in our medical clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing patient files, recording vital signs, administering medications and injections, and working closely with the medical team to ensure the highest standards of care. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain patient files, ensuring accurate documentation of vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed, with attention to detail and safety.
- Follow strict guidelines to ensure patient data is kept confidential and secure.
- Monitor and record patients’ conditions, providing regular updates to the medical team.
- Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary team members to deliver effective patient care.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe environment for patients and staff.
Skills and Qualifications:
- License/Permit: Valid work permit/license to practice nursing in Kuwait.
- Experience: Prior experience working as a nurse in a recognized hospital or medical facility.
- Education: Professional education in Nursing from a reputable university.
- Communication: Fluent in communication with the ability to convey messages clearly and professionally.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, organize, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good understanding of patient emotions with the ability to provide compassionate care.
- Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work as part of a team, enhancing the clinic’s overall services.
