Job Description/Overview:
We are seeking a talented recruiter to join our dynamic team at Cargolux. In this role, you will independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating closely with Hiring Managers to attract top talent for our Luxembourg Headquarters. You will handle recruitment across various divisions, including Maintenance and Engineering, Global Logistics, Flight Operations, Finance, and Corporate.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for employees based at the Headquarters in Luxembourg.
Recruit across multiple company divisions, such as Maintenance and Engineering, Global Logistics, Flight Operations, Finance, and Corporate.
Analyze applications, conduct interviews, and ensure proper follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and procedures and recommend improvements.
Ensure vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the target timeframe.
Participate in recruitment events like job fairs, school visits, and other recruitment-related activities.
Assist in the development and execution of recruitment projects.
Post job vacancies on selected recruitment platforms.
Qualifications:
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Human Resources, Psychology, or a relevant field.
First experience in a similar position or conducting in-depth interviews is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); fluency in French and/or German is a distinct advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with recruitment software is a plus.
Experience:
A background in recruitment, preferably with experience in managing end-to-end hiring processes.
Skills:
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
People-oriented with a team-based work ethic.
Ability to handle confidential information sensitively.

Additional Information:
Temporary position for 15 months.
