Job Description:
Gulf Investment House is seeking an experienced Head of Investment Placement to lead our investment placement strategies. This critical role is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of strategies that enhance our investment portfolio and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, investment vehicles, and client relationship management, with at least 7 years of experience in investment management or related fields. The Head of Investment Placement will collaborate closely with senior management to shape and implement investment strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive investment placement strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of investment professionals to ensure high performance.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging investment opportunities and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and investment partners.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of investment portfolios, making adjustments as needed.
- Prepare and present investment proposals and reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive overall business performance.
- Stay informed on economic developments and their impact on investment strategies.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: 7+ years in investment management or related fields, with proven leadership experience.
- Education: Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Additional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Expertise in investment analysis, portfolio management, and financial modeling.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
- Proficient in investment management software and financial tools.
- In-depth understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulations.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- High negotiation skills for securing favorable investment terms.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
