Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Content Marketer with a strong background in Fintech marketing. This role will sit within the marketing department on the content team, reporting to the Head of Marketing. You will collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, Product, and Customer Service teams to create high-quality, engaging content across all channels, including the website, paid media campaigns, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write engaging content for various external platforms, including social media, search engines, paid media, and more to drive traffic to our website.
- Content Strategy: Assist in creating and executing the content marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborative Campaigns: Work closely with the creative team and internal business partners to deliver effective marketing initiatives, including website content, branding, promotional campaigns, email journeys, and display ads.
- Content Management: Produce and manage content on the website, guiding visitors through the marketing funnel.
- Audience Understanding: Deeply understand our target audience segments and create tailored content that resonates with their needs.
- Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting writing styles from long-form educational content to short-form search ads for paid media.
- Customer Journey: Create and manage content journeys for different phases of the customer lifecycle.
- Content Optimization: Monitor content performance using data analytics and SEO tools to optimize engagement.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in content marketing, either in-house or with an agency, with proven results in increasing brand visibility, sales, or audience size.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in financial services, fintech, or trading is essential.
- Language: Fluent English speaker with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Content Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of content marketing strategies, SEO best practices, and their role in the marketing funnel.
- Analytics Expertise: Experience using Google Analytics and SEO tools to track content performance.
- Creativity: Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box and test different approaches to achieve optimal results.
- Self-Starter: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Additional Skills: International experience and PR experience are a plus.
