Job Description/Overview:
Alpine Way is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to assist seniors in their daily activities, develop personal care plans, and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. The role involves providing care tailored to individual needs and contributing to the community’s mission of promoting wellness and purposeful living.
Key Responsibilities:
Build effective relationships with residents, families, and staff.
Assist residents with life skills and life-enriching activities based on their profiles.
Implement and adapt personal care plans according to residents’ strengths and preferences.
Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents’ needs promptly.
Promote the values and mission of Cascade Living.
Maintain organizational skills and manage time effectively.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
Reliable transportation and dependability.
Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
Experience in caregiving or related roles preferred.
Skills:
Compassion, good judgment, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to connect and communicate effectively with residents and families.
