About the Role
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will support our Property Management team, handling a variety of responsibilities while receiving ongoing training and working in a positive, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general telephone enquiries for the Rental Department.
- Assist Property Managers with day-to-day tasks.
- Process tenancy applications.
- Coordinate communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Help manage rent arrears and maintenance coordination.
- Support property management administration tasks.
- Prepare necessary documentation for landlords and tenants.
- Assist in preparing property reports, including ingoing, outgoing, and quarterly inspections.
About You
You are a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a team setting. While experience in the real estate industry is advantageous, it is not essential.
