Job Description/Overview:
Fionn’s Grant Park is hiring a dedicated Administrative Assistant to manage HR activities, budget planning, daily operations, recruitment, and communication strategies. The role also involves supervising staff and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a blend of organizational and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and staff consultations.
Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
Evaluate daily operations and provide customer service.
Manage contracts, payroll, and training programs.
Conduct performance reviews and supervise staff.
Establish office procedures and maintain databases.
Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence.
Coordinate information flow and advise senior management.
Oversee compliance with HR laws and policies.
Qualifications:
College/CEGEP diploma.
Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage budgets, recruit staff, and oversee HR compliance.
Proficiency in data entry and customer service.
