Job Description/Overview:
Peel Driving School is looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to manage daily operations, oversee payroll, coordinate communication strategies, and supervise office staff. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Organize daily operations and schedule appointments.
Manage contracts and oversee payroll administration.
Answer telephone and electronic enquiries.
Recruit and hire staff, and conduct performance reviews.
Supervise office and volunteer staff.
Qualifications:
Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills:
Strong organizational and budgeting skills.
Proficiency in communication and team supervision.
Ability to manage contracts and performance evaluations.
