Job Description/Overview
Do you have a few hours every weekend to make a difference in someone’s life while boosting your income? Right at Home Mid Sussex is looking for passionate individuals to provide excellent care and support to clients in Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, and surrounding villages. As a Weekend Support Worker, you will help clients achieve their personal goals, support them with daily activities, and provide companionship, all while working with a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with medication and personal care
Helping with meal preparation and light housework
Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting clients to attend social activities
Ensuring clients achieve their personal goals and aspirations
Qualifications
Reliable, friendly, and caring nature
Availability for one day every weekend (morning, daytime, or evening)
Desire to make a lasting impact on clients’ lives
Experience
No prior experience is necessary as full training is provided.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to inspire and support clients in achieving their goals
Compassionate and patient demeanor

A competitive hourly rate of £15.75
Minimum call times of 45 minutes to establish a meaningful connection with clients
