Job Description/Overview
Right at Home Mid Sussex is seeking compassionate caregivers/companions to provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes. This role does not require prior experience, as full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities
Motivating clients to get the most out of their day
Providing personal care
Administering medication
Assisting clients with washing and dressing
Shopping and housekeeping
Meal preparation
Taking clients for appointments or outings
Being a reliable team player with a positive attitude
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Competent driver with a valid UK driving license and access to a car
A genuine passion for helping others
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
Experience
No experience is necessary as full training is provided.

Good communication and team-working skills
What We Offer
Premium hourly pay: £13.75 per hour weekdays, £15.75 per hour weekends, with uplifts for bank and national holidays
Flexible shifts with limited travel between calls
