Position: Home Caregiver

Job Description/Overview:
Lincoln Street Inc. is seeking a compassionate individual to provide in-home care for a kind gentleman with a developmental disability. This role involves sharing your home with the client and supporting his daily needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a safe and supportive home environment.
Assist with daily activities and care for the client.
Engage in recreational activities, such as walks.
Qualifications:
Must live in Windsor or Windham Counties, Vermont, or a bordering New Hampshire town.
Must have an extra bedroom in your home.
A caregiver’s mindset and dedication to providing compassionate care.
Experience:
No specific experience is required, but prior caregiving experience is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
Tax-exempt payments totaling $60,000 annually.
Additional monthly room and board funds.
$1,000 sign-on bonus after three months.
Respite care budget for scheduled breaks.
