Job Description/Overview:
The Caregiver/CSAT Worker is responsible for supervising the Children’s Case Management Services program and staff. This role involves providing direct services to children and adolescents with Severe Emotional Disturbances (SED) and linking them to essential mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide program supervision for Children’s Case Management Services.
Manage staff and ensure quality services are delivered to children and adolescents with SED.
Facilitate linkages to necessary mental health and related services.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as Audiology, Child and Family Studies, Communication Disorders, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or other related disciplines (Preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year working with special needs youth (Required).
Two years of experience managing direct services for SED children and adolescents or providing service linkages for mental health diagnoses (Preferred).
Skills:
Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
Knowledge of mental health resources and services for children and adolescents.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly pay: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience).
Part-time schedule with 19 expected weekly hours.
