Key Responsibilities
Assisting with medication and personal care
Supporting clients with food preparation, shopping, and housework
Providing social support and companionship
Helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life
Following personalized care plans tailored to each client’s needs
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for helping others
A driver with access to a car (required for home visits)
Available for early mornings, evenings, or weekends
Experience
No experience necessary as full training is provided.
Skills
Compassionate and caring nature
Reliability and punctuality
Ability to follow care plans accurately
What We Offer
Excellent pay of up to £15.75 per hour
Minimum call times of 45 minutes (most calls are an hour or more)
