Job Description/Overview

 

Frasers Property Industrial is seeking a Team Marketing Assistant to support the General Manager of Business Development and the new business team. This role offers exposure to marketing, design, and events while working in a collaborative environment. It is ideal for candidates with administrative backgrounds looking to expand their skill set in marketing, particularly in using design tools such as InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Create and format formal documents, proposals, and reports.

 

Prepare presentations using PowerPoint and InDesign.

 

Support marketing efforts, including graphic design tasks and event assistance.

 

Manage email and diaries for the General Manager.

 

Provide administrative support, including document preparation, archiving, and record-keeping.

 

Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements.

 

Plan and manage events, including conferences, client gatherings, and team events.

 

Process expense claims, credit card reconciliations, and invoice management using SAP.

 

Qualifications

 

Demonstrated experience in administration within a corporate environment.

 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.

 

Experience with Adobe Graphics, particularly InDesign and Illustrator, is essential.

 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable team player.

 

Experience

 

Background in administration or marketing support.

 

Familiarity with graphic design tools and marketing-related tasks is advantageous.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

 

Attention to detail in document formatting and design.
