Job Description/Overview
Ajen Monitoring Systems is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their growing team. This role offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with marketing tasks and learning opportunities within a global organization specializing in offender monitoring systems.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with updating marketing materials.
Support website management.
Create and analyze reports.
Content creation, including:
Social media posts.
Blog articles.
Newsletters.
Videos.
Monitor and manage social media platforms and reviews.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent writing, proofreading, and grammar abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is a plus but not required.
Experience
Previous experience in a marketing role or as a marketing assistant is preferred.
