The Personal Assistant will manage daily office operations, coordinate schedules, maintain filing systems, handle correspondence, and assist in implementing policies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Coordinate and control daily office operations.

 

Schedule and confirm appointments.

 

Respond to telephone and electronic inquiries.

 

Manage manual and computerized filing systems.

 

Prepare correspondence and reports.

 

Qualifications:

 

College diploma (1-2 years).

 

2-3 years of office management experience.

 

Experience:

Strong documentation and administrative experience.

 

Skills:

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
