Key Responsibilities
Process paperwork for inbound/outbound freight accurately.
Coordinate with departments for proper freight management.
Maintain and report accurate customer order data.
Manage inventory records and stock reports.
Liaise between warehouse, customers, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Meet KPI standards and maintain customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for process efficiency.
Qualifications
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
GDPR training preferred.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in operational English (oral and written).
Experience
Prior experience in logistics or administrative roles is an advantage.
