Azadea Group, a premier lifestyle retail company, is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join their team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining the shop floor’s brand standards, and achieving optimal sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and offer assistance to ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service through up-selling, cross-selling, and suggesting alternatives.
Maintain accurate stockkeeping and ensure smooth receiving processes for items/shipments.
Arrange and replenish shop shelves, ensuring cleanliness and brand coordination standards.
Handle cash registers and ensure accurate customer transactions.
Conduct inventory checks and promptly report any incidents or suspicious activities.
Promote additional products and services to meet sales goals.
Organize product displays in relevant sections based on trends and release dates.
Qualifications
Education: High school degree.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
Specific Expertise:
Sports Goods Retail: Enthusiastic, project-oriented, and customer-focused.
Multimedia & Lifestyle Retail: Knowledgeable about technology, music, books, and lifestyle products.
Experience
0–1 year of experience in a similar role.
