Job Description/Overview
Wathif is hiring an experienced Outdoor Sales Representative to join a leading bakery and desserts company in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and retaining business-to-business clients, driving sales growth, and maintaining strong client relationships in the Food & Beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
Meet potential clients, provide quotes, and onboard new clients based on their order capacity.
Communicate with clients to initiate and finalize deals and ensure timely payments.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Focus on client acquisition and retention to drive business growth.
Strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Report sales activities and progress to the executive team.
Qualifications
Experience: At least 3 years in outdoor sales within the FMCG industry (Required).
License/Certification: Valid driver’s license and ownership of a car are mandatory.
Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
Compensation
Base Salary: Up to KD 500 per month.
Commission: 2–5% based on closed deals.
