Job Description/Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support, including preparing letters, presentations, meeting minutes, photocopying, office supply management, and coordination of team-building activities. This role supports recruitment activities, handles payroll processing, and provides administrative assistance for various staff activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare letters, presentations, meeting minutes, and manage office-related tasks.
Coordinate department team-building activities and large functions.
Provide support for recruitment and onboarding activities.
Assist with expenses, travel bookings, department calendars, and staffing reports.
Enter time coding for payroll processing.
Train new staff on company policies and various software tools.
Maintain office equipment and assist in emergency response situations.
Qualifications:
High School diploma.
Continuing education courses preferred.
Experience:
At least one year of experience in secretarial and administrative support roles.
Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Visio software.
