Job Description/Overview:
The Helper Bees is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to handle customer outreach, lead generation, and onboarding of new customers. The role involves promoting services, re-engaging customers, and assisting older adults and their families in accessing quality in-home care services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to introduce and promote services.
Build relationships with senior adults and their families.
Stay informed about products to effectively explain benefits.
Educate customers on THB’s marketplace platform.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and listening skills.
Ability to handle objections and problem-solve.
Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems.
Passion for helping others and building rapport with senior adults.
Flexibility to adapt to customer needs and sales strategies.
Must be 18 years or older.
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior outbound sales experience is desirable.
Experience working with senior adults or in healthcare is a plus.
Skills:
Empathy and patience.
Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Ability to engage customers with clear communication.
Compensation:
$19.23/hour.
