Job Description/ Overview:
Sanders Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant – Nights to join our team at The Belmont. In this role, you’ll support residents in living their best lives by fostering independence in a nurturing, respectful, and joyful environment.
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide personalized care to residents, help them with daily tasks, and participate in activities that add meaning to their lives. You’ll be a part of a team that creates warm, safe, and welcoming spaces where every moment is cherished.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Promote independence by encouraging residents to participate in activities.
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional care tailored to individual needs.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to management.
Qualifications:
No prior experience required, but it’s beneficial.
Empathy, kindness, and a warm-hearted approach to care.
A positive attitude and a can-do mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
