Position Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies and social media presence. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads through creative campaigns, engaging content, and effective use of digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:

- Manage and grow the organization’s presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Monitor and respond to user engagement, inquiries, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
- Track and report on social media analytics, including follower growth, engagement rates, and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices to optimize performance.
Reviews Tracking:

- Establish systems to contact customers after service delivery to encourage positive reviews on sites such as Google, Facebook, and Product Review.
- Address negative feedback, working with the relevant teams to resolve issues.
Content Creation and Branding:

- Write, edit, and proofread copy for marketing materials, including blog posts, website updates, and email campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and visual identity.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Design and manage campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, newsletters, presentations).
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product development, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related role.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, including SEO, email marketing platforms, and analytics software.
Skills & Abilities:

- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
