Job Description/Overview:
The role involves providing direct support to customers and service providers, managing escalations, and assisting with the claims process for home appliances, consumer electronics, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. Responsibilities include decision-making on repairs, settlements, and vendor management while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Address service provider inquiries via phone, email, or webforms.
Support claims processing for repairs and settlements.
Manage multiple issues and ensure timely resolutions.
Audit and validate claims to ensure accuracy.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Draft written correspondence for escalations or inquiries.
Suggest process improvements for better customer experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with client contracts and company products/services.
Experience:
3+ years in direct customer service, including escalations.
2+ years in business-to-business or vendor customer service.
Experience composing responses to external contacts.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Empathetic communication and relationship-building.
