Job Description/Overview:
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide essential care for clients. The caregiver will assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, while offering companionship and emotional support. This role offers flexible scheduling and consistent work with great 1:1 client matches.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Perform range of motion exercises.
Use mechanical lifting devices for transfers.
Monitor vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
Assist with home management tasks (laundry, meal preparation, bed making, etc.).
Assist with ambulation and medication assistance.
Qualifications:
Home Health Aide Certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant License.
Compassionate, reliable, and respectful toward clients.
Experience:
Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
Skills:
Ability to assist with mobility needs.
Proficient in meal preparation.
