Job Description/Overview:
The Live-In Home Caregiver will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, including elderly individuals and those with disabilities. The caregiver will assist with daily living activities, ensure comfort and safety, and promote emotional well-being. This role is vital for enhancing the quality of life for those in need of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalized care plans.
Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide medication reminders.
Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities.
Assist with lifting and mobility support.
Perform light housekeeping tasks.
Uphold clients’ rights and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and document care provided.
Report any changes in the client’s condition to family members or healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of care plans and their implementation.
Experience in a caregiving, hospice, or home health setting is preferred.
Ability to assist clients with mobility needs.
Proficiency in meal preparation meeting dietary restrictions.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience:
1 year of caregiving experience (required).
1 year of memory care experience (required).
Skills:
Compassionate care and strong communication skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks and assist with mobility.

Pay: From $200.00 per day.
