About the Role
Join Jet2.com as a Passenger Service Agent at Bristol Airport and be the friendly face of our airline, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers. As part of our Ground Operations Team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring our flights run safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers at the airport.
- Assist with check-in, boarding, and managing travel documents.
- Help customers at self-service kiosks and issue boarding passes.
- Ensure on-time departures by efficiently boarding flights.
- Support customers during disruptions or delays, offering proactive problem-solving.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a secure environment.

Shift Details
This role involves shift work on a 4 days on, 2 days off pattern with early starts, late finishes, and work on weekends and bank holidays. Your schedule will be provided four weeks in advance.
Permanent Seasonal Contracts include a brief rest period between our Winter and Summer seasons.
