Position Summary

The Content Marketing Specialist, Americas will craft high-quality, engaging content that supports Pax8’s brand and business objectives. Reporting to the Manager of Content Marketing, Americas, this role focuses on creating narratives that resonate with our audience and align with our strategic goals.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented storyteller passionate about translating complex concepts into clear and impactful content.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation
    • Develop high-quality marketing content, including campaign assets, one-pagers, guides, and ad copy.
  2. Brand Alignment
    • Ensure all content adheres to Pax8’s bold tone and voice and aligns with strategic objectives.
  3. Collaboration
    • Partner with the Manager of Content Marketing, Americas, and team members to brainstorm and execute content strategies.
  4. Content Optimization
    • Analyze content performance metrics and recommend improvements for better engagement and conversion.
  5. Research
    • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, audience needs, and the competitive landscape to guide content development.
  6. Editing and Proofreading
    • Review and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of content specialist or copywriting experience in advertising, CPG, or technology sectors.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional writing and communication skills with a persuasive, strategic approach.
    • Creativity in problem-solving and content development.
    • Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
    • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing tools.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $59,000 – $74,000 (or more based on experience).
