Job Description/Overview
Glorious Generation Home Health Care Agency LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to assist individuals in the comfort of their homes. This role is perfect for candidates who are passionate about improving the quality of life for their clients by offering essential support and companionship.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
Administer medication as prescribed and ensure adherence to schedules.
Monitor and report any changes in clients’ conditions to family members or healthcare professionals.
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary preferences or restrictions.
Support clients with mobility, including heavy lifting and transfers.
Provide specialized care for clients with dementia or memory-related conditions, using appropriate techniques.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including light housekeeping.
Qualifications
Experience:
Previous experience in hospice care or with elderly clients preferred but not required.
Familiarity with dementia and memory care practices is a plus.
Ability to observe and recognize changes in client health.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families.
Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform heavy lifting as needed.
Compassionate, patient, and adaptable to clients’ varying needs.
Work Schedule
8-hour shifts available.
Day shifts, morning shifts, and weekend availability required.
Flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends as needed.
Compensation
Pay Range: $16.61 – $17.31 per hour.
