Job Description/Overview:
Goodman is seeking an experienced Assistant Company Secretary to support our Luxembourg-based investment fund structures and corporate legal entities. The role involves ensuring sound governance, compliance, and efficient corporate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes.
Liaise with investors, depository, and transfer agents to address queries and maintain records.
Manage internal records, including company and investor registers.
Oversee day-to-day corporate governance in Luxembourg and other European jurisdictions.
Maintain corporate archives and contribute to office operations.
Travel occasionally, primarily to Brussels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Fluency in English; additional languages (French, German, or Dutch) are an advantage.
Experience:
Familiarity with Luxembourg company law and the funds industry is essential.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
