About the Role:
Ideal Progress Limited, a trusted kitchen furniture specialist based in Auckland, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to lead and manage our marketing initiatives. This full-time, permanent role involves developing, executing, and analyzing marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels. You will be responsible for managing social media accounts, content creation, and marketing materials to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, ensuring consistent messaging and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the management team on social media design, content materials, and overall business marketing initiatives.
- Lead the organization and implementation of marketing materials for campaigns and events.
- Develop and execute marketing activities aimed at increasing brand awareness and engagement in targeted regions.
Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in marketing or a related field.
- At least three years of relevant experience in a marketing role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with international teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Familiarity with B2B/B2C marketing strategies.
Remuneration:
- NZ$65,000 per annum plus statutory entitlements.
- Full-time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
