About the Role
Fortes Holdings is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead a dynamic marketing team and execute multi-channel strategies that drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will oversee team development, manage budgets, and implement innovative campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, overseeing daily operations.
  • Recruit, mentor, and coach team members to foster a high-performing culture.
  • Develop team members through regular reviews, objectives, and training.
  • Set and track team goals and KPIs, reporting progress to the Head of Marketing.

Strategic Marketing Planning

  • Assist in creating and managing the multi-channel marketing strategy, including social media, website, mobile apps, influencer marketing, SEO, email campaigns, and offline ATL/BTL channels.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional programs to drive interest and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align strategies with business objectives and optimize marketing spend.

Brand Management

  • Oversee branding campaigns and social media strategies to drive awareness and demand.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and efforts.
  • Manage PR initiatives, influencer partnerships, and major online and offline events.

Performance Marketing

  • Analyze performance metrics using various tools and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop inbound marketing strategies, optimize paid campaigns (PPC, SEO, affiliates), and manage media planning.
  • Work with IT and content teams to enhance website performance and user experience.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Implement CRM and automation strategies to optimize lead generation and reporting.
  • Create targeted email campaigns, audience segmentation, and data acquisition strategies.

Offline Marketing & Events

  • Plan and execute ATL/BTL campaigns such as radio, billboards, and media buying.
  • Manage events including promotional activities, open houses, and trade fairs, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials like press releases, advertisements, and collateral.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Develop and manage annual marketing budgets, forecasting expenditures, and ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing and sales data to optimize campaigns and provide detailed reports to the Board.

Vendor & Community Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, publications, PR agencies, and media.
  • Represent the company at industry events and community engagements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing with a minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably managing key accounts in an advertising agency.
  • Expertise in digital marketing disciplines including SEO, PPC, email marketing, display ads, online PR, and mobile app marketing.
  • Proficient in social media strategy, Google Ads, web analytics, and content creation.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills, with excellent copywriting and proofreading abilities.
  • Leadership and team management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • UAE Driving License and access to personal transportation.
