Prosper Fingal, part of the Prosper Group, is a community-based organisation that provides health and social services to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. This role involves supporting adults to reach their full potential while fostering connections within their community.
As a Social Care Worker in the Day Service in Swords, you will contribute to person-centred care, uphold the organisation’s core values, and ensure the delivery of respectful, progressive, professional, and positive services.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate and support individuals to achieve their personal goals.
Promote independence and community integration.
Implement New Directions Services & Supports for Adults with Disabilities.
Maintain and enhance service standards aligned with Prosper Group’s vision.
Qualifications
Degree (Level 7/8) in Social Care or a related discipline.
Experience
Prior experience in disability services is an advantage.
Familiarity with New Directions guidelines is desirable.
Skills
Full, clean manual driving licence.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
