Job Description/Overview:
Bectran Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative functions. This role focuses on ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and employees while contributing to the organization’s growth in the fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings and manage candidate applications.
Conduct candidate pre-screenings and schedule interviews.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
Attend career fairs to attract talent and promote the company brand.
Support onboarding by preparing welcome kits and ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.
Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and escalate complex issues.
Source talent proactively using platforms like LinkedIn.
Coordinate employee celebrations, such as birthdays and work anniversaries.
Prepare and distribute employee communications (e.g., memos, newsletters).
Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
Strong organizational skills, self-starter mentality, and work ethic.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience in recruiting or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience:
1-3 years of administrative experience required.
Skills:
Ability to operate autonomously and solve problems proactively.
