Job Description/Overview
Specsavers Dubbo is seeking an organised, personable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to ensure the smooth running of our practice. You will play a vital role in managing patient appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring every patient has a positive experience from their first interaction with us.
Key Responsibilities
General Office Support: Perform administrative tasks to assist the team.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve practice goals.
Records Management: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Patient Interaction: Provide excellent customer service to all patients.
Appointment and Diary Management: Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
Payroll Processing: Assist in payroll management.
Email Support: Handle correspondence professionally.
Qualifications
Current Police Check (National Police Certificate).
Current Working With Children (WWC) Check (preferred).
Experience
Previous experience in administration and customer service.
Skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Salary
$29–$32 per hour.
