Job Description/Overview:
The College Data Analyst will work closely with the Analytics and College Initiatives teams to empower stakeholders with data-driven insights, develop advanced visualizations, and improve college matriculation outcomes. This role requires a passion for eliminating educational inequities, creating transformative relationships, and advancing social justice.
Key Responsibilities:
Championing data for College Initiatives and building expertise in college application processes and alumni data.
Creating and sharing analysis to support goal setting, progress monitoring, and program evaluation.
Developing dashboards and innovative data visualizations for stakeholders.
Managing surveys, analyzing responses, and generating insights for strategic initiatives.
Supporting vendor selection, system integration, and maintenance for college data systems.
Delivering training on data visualizations and reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
1–3 years of data analysis experience.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau preferred).
Intermediate expertise in Microsoft Excel.
Proven project management skills and ability to manage data systems.
Experience:
Experience with survey design and data collection.
Background in solving problems using data analysis.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain positive relationships and work collaboratively.
Effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:
Compensation: $54,911 – $65,894 annually (Grade 4).
