Job Description/Overview:
Lombard International is seeking an experienced HR Operations Senior Officer to manage and oversee employee information, contractual documentation, and compliance with labor laws and internal policies. This role supports HR operations and provides backup for payroll processing, contributing to a dynamic and multicultural team.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and manage employee contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
Administer work permits and immigration-related documentation.
Serve as payroll preparation and benefits administration backup.
Participate in HR projects and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications:
Degree in HR or relevant professional training.
5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in HR operations, compensation, or benefits.
Strong knowledge of labor, social security, and immigration laws.
Fluency in English and French (mandatory).
Experience:
Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements and Solvency II requirements is advantageous.
Experience with HR tools like Protime and Bamboo HR is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work collaboratively.
