Job Description/Overview:
Lombard International Group is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join its dynamic Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive insight into HR functions within a leading multinational organization. The role focuses on system accuracy, compliance, onboarding, and HR project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct system checks to ensure data accuracy.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Review and organize the procedures database.
Standardize HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Participate in Project Management and Business Analysis for the Time Management System.
Oversee provider contracts database review and organization.
Enhance and improve physical and electronic employee files.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Management, International Business, or a related field.
Structured with strong organizational skills.
Demonstrates a problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement approach.
Flexible team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and French; proficiency in other European languages is an asset.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
