Position: Dealing Officer

Job Description/Overview:
Lombard International Group, a leader in cross-border wealth and estate planning solutions, is seeking a Dealing Officer to manage day-to-day trading operations within its Investment Administration team. This role involves ensuring accurate execution of investment transactions, compliance with regulations, and efficient management of dealings with partners and custodians.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify that investment instructions comply with strategies and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure timely and accurate transmission of instructions to custodian banks.
Manage and resolve settlement issues related to trades.
Process cash management deals in line with agreements.
Handle daily queries from partners and investment-related communications.
Oversee documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance.
Monitor outsourced fund activities.
Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
Entry-level experience; prior exposure to finance or investment administration is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and partners.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of VBA is a plus.
Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Adaptability to various information systems and software.
