Job Description/Overview
We are seeking an Operations Assistant for our premium elderly care home, Ikebukuro Care, in Koda City, Tokyo. This role supports facility operations, including meal preparation assistance, serving meals, and providing care assistance. You will work behind the scenes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, while helping residents and staff in a peaceful and beautiful environment. No experience required—just a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
Assist with meal preparation and serving
Support cleaning and sanitation of dishes
Provide mobility assistance to residents
Help facilitate recreational activities
Offer companionship and communication support
Assist with personal care and hygiene needs
Qualifications
No prior experience required
Interest in welfare and elderly care
Strong desire to support others in daily living
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Experience
Experience in caregiving is a plus but not required
Open to people with no previous experience
Skills
Compassionate and patient
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Additional Information
Salary: ¥250,000/month
Housing allowance: ¥20,000
