Job Description/Overview:
Join our team as a caregiver in a nursing facility located in the heart of Tokyo, offering a supportive and foreigner-friendly work environment. This role involves providing care to residents, supporting daily living activities, and engaging in recreational activities. With the potential for full-time employment and growth, this opportunity is ideal for foreign nationals with caregiving experience or a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities such as eating and drinking for residents in the facility.
Develop and implement care plans for residents.
Record caregiving activities and assist with care documentation.
Organize and participate in recreational activities for residents.
Engage with local residents and foster community relations.
Qualifications:
Female preferred.
Ability to communicate in Japanese at a daily conversation level (minimum N3 level).
Experience in caregiving or willing to receive training.
Experience:
Experience in caregiving is a plus but not required.
Newcomers are welcome; initial caregiver training is provided.
Skills:
Basic Japanese conversational skills.
Compassionate and caring nature.
Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Additional Information:
Work Hours:
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Morning shift)
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Mid-day shift)
11:30 AM – 8:30 PM (Evening shift)
Salary: ¥247,600 – ¥298,500 per month.
Accommodation: Dormitory provided, with partial coverage of accommodation fees.
Bonuses and Allowances: Business allowance, baby allowance, home allowance, and communication allowance.
Days off: 125 days per year.
